Like many of his clients, Tracy fell in love with Asheville first as a visitor, before deciding with his wife to make it their home and raise their family here. That was twenty years ago, and he has never looked back.
As a consequence, he understands what draws people here from all over the country and the world: the natural beauty, the historic buildings, the unique culture, the excellent quality of life, the endlessly fascinating people. In many ways, Asheville combines the best of city life with the best of small-town and country life. On the one hand, there are more arts and culture than one can easily take in, while on the other hand personal relationships are where things really happen.
This is fundamental to Tracy’s business and personal philosophy. He places the greatest importance on building long-lasting relationships with his clients, knowing that if he succeeds in helping them find the home they’ve been dreaming of, he’ll have customers for life. Unlike many in the industry, he purposely limits the number of active clients he has in order to offer a high degree of personal service and to attend to his client's needs without compromise.
